Good printer with challenging set up

Waste of time and money.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very slow, difficult to see dark screen, fax is so difficult that customer service could’ve even figure it out and just sent a manual of 434 pages, systems freezes and you can’t clear things and when two short failure notices printed- it used 25% of the black ink. The customer service rep was confused by this as well. The system holds things to print and if you don’t have the ink or paper, you can’t clear it. The customer service rep couldn’t help me clear it or do anything else b/c of it. I’d prob need to buy another ink cartridge to print whatever it wants to print in order to allow me to use the machine. Works out for Cannon well though.

And after the jam is cleared, you keep getting error codes that you have to research because the printer doesn't come with a manual hard copy.

The wireless setup could be a little easier. And it doesn’t stay connected to the home network which makes using the AirPrint feature difficult
