Love the printer. Haven’t had any issue ever since we started using it.

It's a pretty standard printer. I tried to buy the simplest printer as possible. Nowadays printers can be so complicated to get working - namely for the boomers! I bought this specifically for my mom. She's had to get me on the phone for a second to figure something out - but otherwise she's been smooth sailing with this!! If you want a standard printer that even your non-tech-savvy mother can use - this is your pick!

Great Black Friday deal. Printer was fairly easy to set up on WiFi in spite of my tech limitations. Printer is performing well.

Easy set up. Canon has made their instructions more user friendly and it stays online. I tried going to the supertank printer recently and I didn't print enough and the ink dried out so even though the cartridges are more expensive, this suits my needs just fine.

It works well so far. I have not had any problems.

I researched many printers and decided on this one. I've always had Canon and love the white instead of black which always looks dusty. I wanted one that has a screen on the printer and this has one. Its kind of big, but I don't care. I have enough room on my desk. I know the previous reviewers were unhappy about no hard copy instructions. However, you can download the manual from the canon website as a PDF on your iPad or computer. I usually print the pages I use most of the time, like changing the ink cartridges, connecting to wifi, etc. The other negative was the ink that was in the box ran out in a month. I'm hoping that it was old and dry. I bought new ink and am seeing how long it lasts. There are 2 ink cartridges , BW and Color. I've had a printer with the separate coloors, including gray and 2 types for BLk. It was a nightmare...seemed like.I was buying ink 24/7.

No step by step setup instructions included. Must go online and they aren’t very detailed. Thankfully YouTube videos can be found. Isn’t the fastest printer but does do a nice job. For the occasional print need it fulfills its purpose at a reasonable cost.

I bought this printer in early 2025. I used it for about 8 months before getting so frustrated with it that i ended up buying an epson printer. I just wanted a cheap printer to print black and white documents a few times a week. The printer would randomly just become unresponsive. I would have to unplug it from the wall and plug it back in 75% of the time i wanted to print a document or it wouldnt reapond to pressing print. Also you cannot read the display on the printer. Its not backlit and is equivalent to looking at a gameboy pocket with inadequate lighting. Finally, when it did finally print, the amount of ink that documents took was insane. Decided it was a better investment to just replace the printer with something higher end. I gave it 2 stars because black and white documents looked perfectly fine whenever the printer decided to print.

Simple copier, scanner. Does what I need it to do. Easy to set up and use.

Its an fax scanner printer and even does pictures. It is doing its job great. I have not had any problems. Definitely recommend

Can print both sides, easy setup! Not as big as people say it is and looks pretty sleek. Enjoying it

I overall liked the printer but man it goes through black ink sooo fast. That is my only issue

Good printer. The setup was more straightforward than with older models, and the scanning worked great for my business.

This product is nice and easy to use once it is set up. Installing the ink was a bit to touchy.
