Bought as a replacement for an all-in-one toner unit and so far so good. Copies are clear, no odd artifacts. Haven't tried any other features yet, so hopefully they will be fine also.

It was hard for me to connect to the wi fi , but once i figured it out i was able to. This printer is really nice prints beautifully would reccomend

The good: product delivered on time. The bad: Covered with dust-outside and in. Ink cartridges installed and empty or dried up. Print set up link did not work. No instructions on scan setup. Paper tray is cracked in 2 places. I installed a new ink cartridge, which cost almost as much as the printer. Return of the printer, therefore, is not worth the effort.

Does everything it should as it should. Easy setup and user friendly.

The TR4720 Canon Pixma printer is a must for your household needs. The print quality is excellent.

The printer was easy to setup, the only worry I really have is the ink usage and the drm on the carts forcing me to buy new carts for ink refills.

This printer does a great job for it's size. It is NOT what I see in a All-In-One printer. it does NOT enlarge. To me that is not al all in one printer.

The printer was very easy to hookup and the instructions were not confusing. Pretty easy for a 66 year old woman.

The product is the best fit for the job i use it for at my office.

The print feeder does not work the copies twist and go in crooked into the feeder ,so the copies are printing partially and aren’t usable wasting ink and paper . I can only do 1 copy at a time flat on the machine itself can’t use the multiple feed so it’s very time consuming and the print isn’t very bold. I’m disappointed in this new cannon printer my old cannon printer was great it just wore out it was over 15 yrs old and it didn’t have all the options this one has but it printed great clear bold print and the multiple feed did not bunch as it went thru to print . I want to return this new printer but don’t have time to do the return and call the geek squad for a second appt to install another printer . ☹️

Great printer! Had to give up my large Brother printer when I moved but this one did the trick at such a great price!
