It was defecgtive. The Geek Squad tech who installed it tried 3 times to install the ink cartridges. The printer kept telling him to "install cartridges", even though he HAD installed them. He told us to take it back, it was defective, so we returned it.

I read the reviews before I purchased this printer and they were positive. So I decided to get it. I tried setting it up and kept getting error codes. The instructions said I needed to correct the ink cartridge. It was inserted correctly. The other code said I needed to unplug it and contact service center. This is supposed to be a brand new printer. In talking with the service agent, he said it's probably old cartridges. They came with the printer. Needless to say, I am not happy. I have a service appointment later today. I'll see what happens.

I just got this Printer 2 weeks ago, and it works fine! Couple of things I don't like about it: 1-It doesn't hold much paper. 2-When the paper comes out, it flies to the floor even though the paper 'guard' is extended out completely.

I like it but one thing the first cartbridge printing like 100 pages

Cheap but good home printer that does what it needs to do and isn't terribly large.

Great printer does everything I want and has worked great

Stopped working after 1 month. Not used much either. Don’t get canon for printers. Not a reliable one. Paper jam error don’t go away and it doesn’t print anything without clearing that error. There is no paper struck inside. So now it’s just a piece of junk sitting in my home.

I only used it to print pictures a couple of times and the pictures come out clear

it is good for home working and it is very economical

I was pleasantly surprised to find out by accident the tthis printer does automatic 2-sided printing. It also appears to be fairly efficient with the ink usage.

After an EASY and quick setup with several docs printed via both computer and phone app, I thought I struck gold. But this crap. Crap. Crap. No matter how many times I reinstall it...it simply goes offline. And you can't bring it back online without reinstalling it. Push buttons on the device to try and kickstart it and it says "follow instructions on computer" (only there are no instructions on the computer). Just awful.

Inexpensive, but works very well. The ink is better priced than HP ink and they don't try to make you get a subscription.

I like the printer because it is lightweight and compact. I don't like that it's default setting for 2 sided printing.

Good printer for money. Not that easy to set up. Would buy again.

After 10 months the device stopped working to scan items through the document feeder. Tried all the suggestions at the HP support website, no luck. It comes with a 1 year warranty, but best buy doesn't fix printers unless out of warranty. No local in-warranty repair shop nearby. forget about speaking to a human. HP used to be very good, now, not so sure.
