    It doesn’t come with instructions. It came with a piece of paper to scan the code, yet the instructions won’t let me complete the set up once u load the paper. Best Buy geek squad would help, tried YouTube & that did work as well. Since I was over the 15 day return policy, I’m stuck with a new printer that I can’t figure out.

    PAPER JAM CITY!!!! Every time we print, or, attempt to print, there is a paper jam. DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER.

    I had used Canon printer for many yrs. However, the new Canon printer that I purchased was too loud, paper was hard to load, & machine paper jammed after printing only 2 copies. So, I returned the Canon and purchased an hp HP Office Jet Pro 8025e which is MARVELOUS.
