I have now used it for 4 months, and I find it has a couple problems. First, it is VERY slow to start up to print or scan. Who wants THAT?? Second, it keeps falling "off-line", and I have to find a way to get it back on line which seems different each time. Arrrgh. Third, it is very noisy- lots of clunks, scrapes, etc. sounds. This makes me worry about its longevity. No, I would not buy this printer / scanner again.

Seems to work fine, though it just feels more fragile and "plastic" compared to the Canon printer that I replaced. But unless you are using a printer/scanner frequently, it is a low price device that will suit you just fine. I'll know more when I see how long it lasts. I do like having only two cartridges.

Helpful associates led me to, and explained the plus and minuses of the printers in stock. Had to wait at checkout as previous customer had problems with his purchase.

This product is horrible with a Microsoft Surface. I purchased it and cannot use it. This is a copier that can also print, however, it always defaults to Copy mode, and it is hard to get it back to print mode. Do yourself a favor and buy another printer unless you like to print from your phone a lot.

So far so good. Haven’t used the fax yet but everything else works great. Great value for the price.

This is a surprisingly good printer with all the features one would want and at a good price. The desk space required is also relatively small. The printer ink cartridges are too expensive, but getting the large ones helps a bit by lasting a lot longer than the standard size.

I have not had the chance to find out everything it does. I'm not too thrilled that everything I print is put up in a cloud. What I do is no one else business. Don't like that the manual is online either.

It somehow wasn't clear to me when I purchased the PIXMA TR4720 that it was not compatible with 5G internet. With help from family I got that straightened out and have been happy with the result. I really like how compact this printer is compared to my previous printer.

This printer eats printer ink more than any printer I have ever bought. My older Canon Printer, MX330, provides better and easier copies and does not eat ink.

The unit functions as advertised. My only criticism is the materials are a little flimsy. But it's a great unit for the price.

I have set up many printers before, and I've never had as much trouble as with this one. It took many hours! First, I tried setting the printer up through the provided URL, which was a sort of "installation wizard" on my computer screen. This wizard worked fine until it came to connecting to wifi: the printer found the network, but, time and again, wouldn't accept the password. I do have an Eero/mesh system, so maybe this is the problem. That said, I did turn off the 5G function for purposes of connecting the printer, and that still didn't work. Next, I tried connecting to the network from the printer itself, through its setup menu. This was working wonderfully, until it came to the password, which has a combination of upper and lowercase, numbers, and a symbol. I was able to figure out how to toggle between upper and lowercase on the printer's keypad, so I could input all the letters. However, I could never figure out how to input numbers, and the symbol menu only contained about four symbols (not the one I needed). Then, I tried connecting via my smartphone. I had to add a QR-Reader app first and then I had to sign up to some sort of free service, which still required my credit card number. After doing all of this, I nevertheless could not connect the printer in this manner. Finally, I gave up and decided to connect the printer with a cable. No cable had been provided, but I still had a cable from an old printer. This is the only way I could connect the printer. Then, to be able to scan, I had to download another app. There was an error message doing this, but when I tried to actually scan, it did work, so I guess it's all functional at this point, many hours and much frustration later.

The overall time it took for the products to arrive was within a reasonable amount of time. Although a slight delay did happen it was only a day late which was no big deal at all.

I love my printer works great. Hope it last forever
