Biggest piece of garbage that No one should ever buy. This is by far the biggest "Rip-off" style printer. Always tries to print with all colors and not let you print black unless you select every time. Cannon uses this printer to only get you to buy more ink cartridges that only last literally 15-to 20 prints of black. Scumbag company I threw it out the window where it belongs.

could not get it to work wirelessly, no back light on the display and faxing is a bit cumbersome. help desk was no help. it would only scan to my hard wired desktop, not my wi-fi laptops,

remote feature is incompatible with 5G wifi. All of the metro NY area is 5G after a 3 year push. Item shouldn't be sold in metro areas. Do better BB

Printer was great until I had to change cartridges. Followed all directions to the letter. Did research on cannon to check what I was doing wrong. Called Best buy for help cost would be $80. More than the printer cost

Nice printer but can’t get it to connect to the laptop. Call Cannon they can’t tell me.

Had problems connecting with phone; printer frequently turns itself off. Quality ok.

Hard to get in sync with my computer. Print is very light. Print size is tiny, easy to change , but hard to guess what size the outcome will be. has to be physically turned on if not used within a few hours of last printing,ie. a nuisance with it being in another room. Photo quality is very fuzzy. really disappointed with in. Wish I had returned it.

Brand new out of the box it didn’t work. After reviewing the error code it said needs to be brought in and repaired. The customer support was not helpful and sadly I have to return this item in person and didn’t get the copies I needed in my home office.

Takes forever to print. Hard to read the screen for the prompts. Had it for about a month and I'm no longer able to print with it. Replaced the ink. Switched back to HP.

The Canon Pixma 4720 slowly prints blurry text and photos that resemble jigsaw puzzles. Though it can scan and copy documents, it can't print them well enough to show anybody, let alone easily read.

I replaced a similar Canon printer, the one I had was almost the same but this was one step up & X from the Geek Squad thought it would be better. Big problem finding ink for it, no one carries it locally. Finally mail ordered from NYC and could only get the small ones, not the XX longer lasting. We should have been told. Now I need backups.

This printer is horrible!! Dont buy! Never connects to my phone. It always says printer not found. Im so sick of this printer.

if the 15 days to return had noe expired, I would return this printer... Ink furnished in printer when purchased color less than 3 pages THEN out BLACK less than 30 pages then out ....Cost for new xl ink @ $69.00 & no t available locally.....

this printer will not stay connected to network, even when you use USB cord it will give errors when you try to scan.

I had canon tr4520 after I printer one page it loose wifi connection I do not recommend this don't buy it it will be garbage and this new one will probably loose wifi connection canon printer sucks if want good printer either go with brother or hp trust me

I was told that there were instructions to set up. instead, all I had was a place on the internet for that. I could not get them to work so. I am not satisfied at all.

The printer doesn’t like to stay connected to my computer or phone. I need to turn it off and unplug it each time I want to use it. I would not buy this printer again. There too many problems to print one thing.

The instructions were simple enough. But pressed the wifi setup button and … nothing

It dont keep paper anytime, I copied a few copies now I have no paper in the back. Won't waste my money again on something like this

my canon tr 4520 would loose connection after I print one page and I think this will do same so its not worth money don't buy its probably going be garage too I don't recommend if have this with a apple laptop
