Great working unit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros: 1. Okay value compared to the price 2. relatively easy to setup 3. support two-sided print Cons: 1. It is a pretty large printer like twice the size of my old printer 2. You have to make sure the print size is exactly the same as the paper you put there otherwise it would be error (and the error message is confusing, took me forever to figure out why it's not working 3. I still haven't figured out how to scan and copy. Now I need to scan > save to my phone > save to my computer > print. I thought there should be a easier way to do this like scan > just print?

Fabulous Printer at an incredibly reasonably price. Conndects directly with the laptop and don't have to go through internet--like the dratted HP (which was 3x as expensive and rarely worked--everything paper, inks, AI service through internet!) So love this little Canon printer and has all the bells and whistles too!

Great printer for the price very easy to install. Can print from my computer or phone. Have another canon for over 10 years and still going strong

I needed a small home office printer. Does a wonderful job for the need. I recommend that you purchase the XL version of the ink to have additional volume of ink supply.

Love this printer! I had my previous Canon for 10 years until it finally broke down. This one is amazing. It is small and compact easy to hook up to my cell phone as well as my computer. Only requires two in cartridges one for black-and-white and the other for color. Highly recommend this printer to everyone.

I recently purchased Canon's PIXMA TR4720 Wireless All-In-One Inkjet Printer. I gave it a 3-star rating because I have not yet used the option for scanner. Its size is nice and can fit almost anywhere. I easily hooked up wi-fi. Before I bought it I read some reviews that said it was loud; however, I do not find it to be loud. I wish the colors were sharper. I'm also having a little trouble placing the card stock pre-sized paper to print my cards. They are 5x7 etc. Trying to get a position is challenging. And going for borderless print. But to be honest- I do not have much experience so I will get some tech. support.

Needed to upgrade my home printing situation. Printer works well and is easy to set up.

Quick easy set up. I had this printer already and Iused a chep cartridge that damged the head. I bought the exact same prinrter again and had to set nothing up. I wanted the same printer because I spent enough time learning the software that comes with it...The PDF editor is awesome, simple and works quickly. Definately buy Cannon ink from now on.

Works great, easy to figure out if you’ve had other printers!!

So far, so good. I like the fact the the paper tray is flat and not standing up in the back like the previous copier. I noticed that I can fax and scan - haven't tried them yet but it is nice to know that I can. Also, once you turn the copier on it stays on! The previous one would shut off and then you had to turn it back on at the most inconvenient times.

I was looking for an inexpensive all-in-one color and B&W printer and have always trusted Cano, so when I saw this one I pounced on it. Setup was relatively easy. The only issue I have is no printed and included user manual. That being said, I do realize that is the norm these days. I highly recommend this printer if you are looking for one to do normal print jobs.

Very nice prints. Not very easy to set up but good when you are done. Screen dark and a little difficult to read. Have not used all selections but looking forward to learning more. Good for the price.

Not bad for the price. I print roughly 20 to 25 pages a week and so far for the last month that I have had it, it has pretty solid

I've had this printer for approximatey 6 years. I've no problems as I use it for practucal purposes. I've used colored ink occasionally, no problems. I've attempted to use the fax and have had no success with that. The scanning and copying is great. I wish that the screen was on the front of the printer instead of the top and a little larger. Otherwise, it suits my purpose if printing regular things. Ink usage is okay. It depends on the persons volume of work.
