Gets the job done but prints don’t come out crisp. Text and lines show a bit of a blur effect. But will do the job for a home office.

Printer works great have everything I need and easy to set up

It's a good every day printer. I like the scan capabilities and the auto feeder on top. I have had a few issues with the feeder jamming up when papers go in. Other than that, it's a good wireless printer that has held up well. I went through a lot of ink and had to buy cartridges quickly.

Once I got the printer working (had issue with my security software blocking some printer software downloads) the printer worked fine.

Decent for the money for sure, if you just print basic things every once in a while, I’d highly recommend it. Not the best quality prints, and it’s rather slow, but I got a great deal on it and ink seems to last a while. I print mainly text so I really can’t complain, looks just fine.

It works well, I have not had any issues. It would've received an excellent score but it only arrived with black ink without any color cartridge as mentioned in the description.

A handy equipment. It is relatively easy to use. A reliable printer.

The printer is not the problem. It’s the set up.. the ink cartridges, instructions state that you have to snap the cartridges in place when you snap them in place in the latch comes over to top the printer when it’s aligned keeps Reading a fault there the reason being is the print cartridges need to be placed lower in the cartridge holder. This is not illustrated anywhere causing 30 to 40 minutes of delays.

Good home printer, great value. Will do nearly everything from print, copy, scan and fax which we don't use. The only thing I wish it would do is eprint from sending an email. The ink is mot as full as it is with other printers.

When I purchased a new computer with Windows 11, the software for my old Cannon MX410 would not load to my new computer. Being very happy with my old printer, I decided to upgrade to a new Cannon TR4720 and am very happy and enjoy that same Cannon quality with the newer model.

Great printing experience! The setup for this printer is very simple to do and the wireless printing works flawlessly. Ink is very reasonably priced as well

I could not get the cartridges ink, the cartridges ink that came with the printer got finished within few printings. I called to order the cartridges but unfortunately one of the customer services representative ordered the wrong cartridge for me. I am not happy cos I had the printer but I not get the cartridges ink. Apart from the cartridge ink, the printer work so good and easy to use, I could print from my phone and my laptop. I did call bestbuy customer service today again and the lady ordered a cartridge ink for me and said that one is compatible with my printer, so I hope it works.

I like everything about the Cannon Printer much better than the HP printer I had. The HP always bugged me to use instaprint and it was always losing the internet connection forcing me to reenter passwords!

Easy to install & very useful higher I highly recommended .

Great low cost printer. Does what I need it to do. Only complaint is the ink cartridge replacement service through Canon doesn’t go as high as the copies I need so there’s an overage fee every month.
