Its a nice printer with both side scanning and with a feeder for more paper printing automatically. Additionally, I bought it in discount so the deal was even better.

I was very pleased I had ordered the Canon printer in the morning and I had it delivered to my house and I was very surprised that I had received it by 12:00 p.m. I was very happy.

It is not the easiest printer that I have ever used. It takes awhile to get used to it!

First printer I received was broken. They sent a new one and helped me set it up. It works now. I just don’t have an instruction booklet though

It is good buy as of now. The only issue is Ink, running out fast and refill cost is high, and I think its not with this printers but all printer

Took me several tries to get the printer started. Still stumbling thru a few issues. Not as easy as my other printer.

Always quality and on time. Canon products and Best Buy are a team hard to beat.

Like the printer, but a users guide should be given in the box, it would make it a whole lot easier to learn.

Great if you don’t print a lot. Flimsy on some parts and according to the ink it does not last, maybe just a bad cartridge? Only one print (6 pgs) and the printer already says low on ink.

it keeps going offline 4 or 5 times now and husband had to reload info

I bought this PIXMA TR4720 to replace my old PIXMA that doesn't work with my Chromebook. Delivery was fast, setup very easy. I like that the fax operation is not temporary and works without the necessity of a mobile app, and that the updates don't depend on a paid subscription. I've also noticed that the hinges for the flatbed scanner accommodate thicker "originals". The print speed is not superfast but is ok for my needs.

A good buy, for sure, but one that will soon make your printing life miserable; having to pull all copies out the back of the unit, misfeeds, jams, crinkled waste about half the time. User interface is quite hard to read, or understand. Worked great, but for only about a month, and since then has become a source of aggravation like a balky car. You just never know which day of the week it will choose to cooperate? At least the ink is fairly cheap!

Good multi-functional device. Included ink cartridges have minute amounts of ink.

It’s working for what we need. But I do wish it had a manual included instead of always having to go on line to learn about it. Not everyone likes to go online for everything.

Works fine not just as well as others I have owned.

Cheap and easy to setup. All in one that works as it's supposed to. Ink goes rather quickly in this model.
