The Value, for me, in the TR4720 is in its ability to copy multiple page documents into PDF files on the computer. It has both the ability to send information over the internet or through a USB. The draw back is the instruction manual that is in line and I have found very confusing and unhelpful for making the connection between the Computer and the Printer. Ink supply is limited and expensive. Further if you a just copying, the paper bin is very limited and shoots out the copy past the pullout "tray".

It was complicated to set up. However, I got it to scan and print a few documents I needed. Although, every time I needed to use it, I had to go through a set up process. In the end, I won't be using it that much. Inconveniently, it did what I needed to get done.

Very good, but @ 74 y.o. I wish the buttons would say ON/OFF, COPY, ETC.

Great quality printing but not very user friendly. Very hard to use.

Uses the black ink up quickly. That was the ink that came with the printer. Will try thdcartiagd to see if that will last longer

I do not like printers that only work from a computer. I always lift the cover & copy something!

It has good quality printing, not easily connected to wifi

Bought this as a replacement for older Canon ink jet printer. Found it too difficult to get operating, so returned for full refund. Very poor instructions for initial installation, very frustrating. Not a pleasant experience. Canon has to improve.

I purchased the cannon printer because the maintenance on it is easy compare to the printer that I add maintenance is cheaper and the cost of ink is cheaper.

Good basic printer. Buy extra ink. The included ink is a very small portion and does not last long at all.

its an ok printer, kind of cheap, but didnt cost much, so the cost translates to quality

its a little bit slow when printing but overall I like it.

Very user friendly and light weight. I can transport to different locations very easily.
