It is great for home everyday use. One improvement I will like to see is the ability to close the paper holder when not in use.

HP used to be very good, now, not so sure

Tried all the suggestions at the HP support website, no luck. It comes with a 1 year warranty, but best buy doesn't fix printers unless out of warranty. No local in-warranty repair shop nearby. forget about speaking to a human. HP used to be very good, now, not so sure.
