it's rare that i give low scoring reviews, but this printer was confusing and awkward to set up, provided mediocre print quality (and that's being generous), and while this is unrelated to the product itself, I found out the hard way that Best Buy's return policy had changed to a mere 15 days, unless you pay $50/month for whatever the higher membership level is called. this may very well have been my last purchase from Best Buy

Printer works very well! It has the ability to shut off when not in use. Toner for this printer is hard to find!

A very good all-in-one printer. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the noise level. Very loud, but luckily it isn't running all the time.

We received a great deal for this purchase on Black Friday. It was worth the purchase.

Have been unable to find the ink cartridges. Printer will probably be setting unused until ink is available. Have checked everywhere and they are out of stock.

so far good does what it needs only thing could use a book how to use it but things going on line. comes with a sample ink

A pain to setup with chromebook. But other than that wireless setup on cellphones and tablet was a breeze.

This is my second one love this brand my first one lasted me about 7 yrs

Printing from my IPhone is touch and go. I frequently have to print three or four times before it actually works. When it does print sometimes only the top three inches print before it stops and spits out the paper. The quality of the print is very good but it’s not worth the effort and wasted paper.

This is one of the better printers i have bought. Hasn't failed me yet

great scanner/printer comes with small capacity ink cartridges...we bought large capacity cartridges better to suit our needs
