Hard to get ink replacement cartridges but printer works good

Was set up for me by Total Tech employee. Completed immediately, wore mask, I wore mask.

Very slow, difficult to see dark screen, fax is so difficult that customer service could’ve even figure it out and just sent a manual of 434 pages, systems freezes and you can’t clear things and when two short failure notices printed- it used 25% of the black ink. The customer service rep was confused by this as well. The system holds things to print and if you don’t have the ink or paper, you can’t clear it. The customer service rep couldn’t help me clear it or do anything else b/c of it. I’d prob need to buy another ink cartridge to print whatever it wants to print in order to allow me to use the machine. Works out for Cannon well though.

unit functions well so far. its a construction site and it has held up when others have not.

Overall a good home printer. The wireless setup could be a little easier. And it doesn’t stay connected to the home network which makes using the AirPrint feature difficult

Very annoying. Keeps Jamming. And after the jam is cleared, you keep getting error codes that you have to research because the printer doesn't come with a manual hard copy.

Love my all in one! Printer & Fax Machine! Everything I wanted! & good deal.

The main reason I punched this was because it offered double sided scanning. Once I got it connect and downloaded all the software the printer wouldn't scan properly.

It was hard to get the printer setup and working on the network and the direct print option had to be reinstalled several times before it would work. It printed fine for the first cartridge and then when I changed the black cartridge for the first time it started printing with fuzzy lines in the pages. I don’t recommend this proof or anyone.

Overall. Great printer for the price Compact and sleek

It was an exchange purchase. So for, it is doing what it's supposed to do and i love it.
