Unable to get printer working. Using on-line setup is not as efficient as having disc.

Have had this printer just over 2 years. Just when the extended warrenty runs out all it does is jam. Got higher quality paper and still throws errors. The documentation in the manual is awful. The heads are misaligned and after 3 hours I gave up. This is going in the trash and I've bought a new one, different brand, for my college student. Last Canon I'll ever buy. Saw other reviews also mention the ink. It is very expensive and doesn't last long. Big waste of money and time this printer has been

I bought this printer, and after just one use, it completely broke down. Tried to return it but couldn’t, and shipping it back to the manufacturer would’ve cost more than the printer itself. Ended up having to just throw it in the trash. Really disappointed with how this turned out.

Very light weight copier. Excellent copying/printing.

The printer works fine. The ink cartridges only prints about 10 pages before the black ink runs out. The color cartridge only prints about 5 pages before the ink is out. Not a good bargin because the cartridges are expensive.

Instructions should come with printer, Don't like when faxing the paper is crumbled.

Printer is what I paid for without checking features, it is adequate for my needs at the moment.

I love my purchase the scanner features are easy to use

Smooth, it scanned perfectly, I had no issues whatsoever.

Like it. It replaced my TR4520. Only regret is that the User Guide was difficult to locate (for me).

Completely useless. Could not connect to wi fi. Kept dropping off network. Returned printer

This printer is really trash. My first one decided just to flash an error code. Cannon replaced it. This new one will print but it constantly gives me problems. My computers hang when trying to print to it, and Apple AirPrint never works. Save your money and find something else.

This printer is very useful and my girlfriend like it.

It's nice to have a printer with wireless features

Not really crazy about printer. Large learning curb and the cartridges run out a lot quicker than my old printer.

Basically broke right out of the box..kept getting a code to take it to a Cannon service shop.. and then nothing..

We got this printer for our needs. Good deal for the price.

Works okay so far. Very annoying that there's no owner's manual - and Canon's website isn't very user friendly.
