I am not happy with this printer. I still have not been able to use it. I took it to my daughter's home and she got it to print. It is loaded onto my PC. I can print a test page, but I cannot print from email or from MS Office. How can I get it to talk with my Bluetooth.

Easy to use, nice features, and not expensive - I use it as a scanner and printer both. I don't need a fax machine, but if iI did I'd use that feature as well.

Basic printer. Set-up was easy although it took some time to get the paper feed to work properly.

Set up was confusing and frustrating. You do it through an app and it doesn't work the way they say it should work. I never could get it to copy from the machine itself much less get it to print from my computer or phone. You can't read the display at the top unless you have a very bright light shining down on the screen. I called support and followed all of their suggestions and still couldn't get it to work properly. I took it back the next day and bought a HP which I didn't have the first bit of trouble getting it to work. No more Canons for me.

Horrible printer that I ever had they did not include instructions. I had to go online and on YouTube … it took me two hours to figure out how to use the printer and still am unable to connect to the Wi-Fi …do not purchase this printer this is a piece of garbage printer

MANY TIMES SINCE I BOUGHT THIS PRINTER. I HAVE GOTTON PAPER JAMS. THERE NOW IS PAPER I VCANNOT GET OUT. I HAVE HAD MANY CANON PRINTERS AND NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE. I AM AN ELITE MEMBER AND IF I CANNOT EXCHANGE THIS PRINTER. I WILL NO LONGER BUY ANYTHING AT BEST BUY.

All the Canon (Epson etc.) printers suck. Doesn’t matter what you pay for them, you’ll end up spending way too much money in constantly replacing the ink cartridges. Biggest racket/scam these companies are running. There has to be a better way.

A good printer, but hard to find ink for it. BestBuy recommended the printer but doesn’t have the ink it needs.

A little bulky and bigger than I expected. I needed a portable printer.

Wouldn’t connect to wifi, but still gets the job done.

I would not recommend this printer to anyone. It has been giving me nothing but trouble since I got it.

I like the printer is easy to set up but I haven’t printed a lot and I’m out of ink already it’s a good for a person who dosent print alot but for a student or small office i don’t recommend it

Not user friendly in setting up. Instructions were vague. Keeps you going in circle

Doesn't work well. I send print jobs and sometimes they work other times they don't. Very flakey.

I have printed and ink blurs some of the text. Overall I am only partially enjoying its use.
