Printer is suck. The connection is on and off but most of the time of. I can't find the ip address

The wifi never constantly worked. It died on us in 18 months.

This printer is the biggest piece of garbage I have ever purchased. At only 7 months of purchasing, it continuously gets paper jams and now its double printing. I had to open it up to clear the paper jam and it continues to give the paper jam error. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this piece of junk.

Printer is too slow runs out of ink too fast takes too long in between task

I've always love Canon products, but was not impressed with this printer

Very hard to connect to internet and change settings.

Not too great, the wifi function will not work well. Not a big fan of this one

hard to set up. printer runs out of ink very fast. loses wifi connectivity often.

It goes through ink pretty fast and top feeder pulls paper in crooked and pulls WAY to much which led to popping apart and breaking I wouldn't buy another one if I didn't just spend a whole lot of money on ink for it because it uses it so fast

It's already broke and I barely had it a year. Maybe printed 50 times from it.

i only purchased this printer because i needed a trade in replacement for the pixma 8320 and it is no longer in stock. i figured this would be the closest based on brand and specs but i hate this printer with a passion. it uses ink faster than my car uses gasoline, the ink is expensive and hard to find. it also will not stay connected to wifi. i might give it away just to be done with it.

Wifi connection and ability to connect to Apple products was a must for me. On a down side it prints a little slower than my previous Cannon printer. All in all very satisfied and would recommend to friends.

This is a great printer easy to connect and I like it prints thanks on 2 sides

Couldn’t get help to set up over phone and Geek squad couldn’t come out for two weeks. Paper continually jams. Poor internet set up instructions. If you would take it back, I’d be happy to exchange it for another brand. I would never buy s Canon again.
