    Very disappointed Had a canon 5000 series printer for over 15 years was fantastic replaced with this model garbage going to return

    It prints great. The problem is it disconnects from my laptop all the time. So I'm constantly having to reconnect it. It's a wireless printer. I was told they no longer have printers that connect via cord.

    The printer is great easy to use easy set up quick. Im only giving it a 3 because the delivery service that best buy uses is terrible.

    Decent quality output. Set up is temperamental. Seems to hang up temporarily quite regularly without reason.

    Quality of photos are dim and smeary. Colors aren’t bright. I can’t get the printer to not cut off a portion of my copies. My scan doesn’t scan to my email. Just very disappointed with this printer. It’s loud and slow.

    Great compact printer. Slow in printing. A little hard to get connected to the laptop but finally got it. Other than that the printer seems to work well for what I need.
