I can't get the print cartridges to install, and i need to wait a week for service. Very disappointed and frustrated. i find it impossible to evaluate a piece of equipment that does not function.

It probably can scan too but there were no instructions included in the box. However, I did just want a printer.

Don’t get canon for printers. Not a reliable one. Paper jam error don’t go away and it doesn’t print anything without clearing that error. There is no paper struck inside. So now it’s just a piece of junk sitting in my home.

Not being a techo-nerd myself, this set up was very complicated, and I never could have done it myself.
