    very complicated to set up, not user friendly. would not recommend to if you are just looking for a basic printer

    it's rare that i give low scoring reviews, but this printer was confusing and awkward to set up, provided mediocre print quality (and that's being generous), and while this is unrelated to the product itself, I found out the hard way that Best Buy's return policy had changed to a mere 15 days, unless you pay $50/month for whatever the higher membership level is called. this may very well have been my last purchase from Best Buy

    Best printer have a decent app to use to print from my phone and copy/scan from my phone as well.

    Printing from my IPhone is touch and go. I frequently have to print three or four times before it actually works. When it does print sometimes only the top three inches print before it stops and spits out the paper. The quality of the print is very good but it’s not worth the effort and wasted paper.

    A very good all-in-one printer. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the noise level. Very loud, but luckily it isn't running all the time.

    Printer works very well! It has the ability to shut off when not in use. Toner for this printer is hard to find!

    Too slow for my business computer. I need a faster printer. Ink cartridge doesn't last a month. Cartridge too expensive.
