    I used this printer for just a few months. It kept losing connection to my router and its programmed to shut itself off after a certain length of time. There doesn't appear to be an override to this function. The print quality was OK but overall, I would not recommend this item.

    Decent printer but dont expect superior color photos. Had to search for compatible driver for the new iMac, which was a little frustrating.

    Have had this printer just over 2 years. Just when the extended warrenty runs out all it does is jam. Got higher quality paper and still throws errors. The documentation in the manual is awful. The heads are misaligned and after 3 hours I gave up. This is going in the trash and I've bought a new one, different brand, for my college student. Last Canon I'll ever buy. Saw other reviews also mention the ink. It is very expensive and doesn't last long. Big waste of money and time this printer has been

    I had to search the internet to find the info I needed to install the printer. There should be a list of what is needed to set up the product.

    Not very user friendly. Hard to find an on-line user manual. Hard to set up with the limited information they give you.

    Printer keeps giving error codes. Ink cartridges bay clumsy, not well made. In sevice less than 4 weeks.
