I purchased this to use with my new MacBook and have had it for over a month and have been unable to add the printer to the new computer. It also has issues connecting to my iPad and iPhone. I ended up buying a completely different brand out of frustration. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

I would not recommend this printer to anyone. It has been giving me nothing but trouble since I got it.

I love my purchase the scanner features are easy to use

Like it. It replaced my TR4520. Only regret is that the User Guide was difficult to locate (for me).

Smooth, it scanned perfectly, I had no issues whatsoever.

I am not happy with this printer. I still have not been able to use it. I took it to my daughter's home and she got it to print. It is loaded onto my PC. I can print a test page, but I cannot print from email or from MS Office. How can I get it to talk with my Bluetooth.

The matter was handled efficiently and satisfactorily.

Set up was confusing and frustrating. You do it through an app and it doesn't work the way they say it should work. I never could get it to copy from the machine itself much less get it to print from my computer or phone. You can't read the display at the top unless you have a very bright light shining down on the screen. I called support and followed all of their suggestions and still couldn't get it to work properly. I took it back the next day and bought a HP which I didn't have the first bit of trouble getting it to work. No more Canons for me.

Completely useless. Could not connect to wi fi. Kept dropping off network. Returned printer

Garbage item. Wouldn’t connect to my internet. Kept telling me to configure my settings. My settings work fine; everything else in my home connects to the WiFi with ease, except this useless printer. Now I have to return. Yes; I’m angry.

We got this printer for our needs. Good deal for the price.

This printer is very useful and my girlfriend like it.

It's nice to have a printer with wireless features

Not really crazy about printer. Large learning curb and the cartridges run out a lot quicker than my old printer.

Basically broke right out of the box..kept getting a code to take it to a Cannon service shop.. and then nothing..

Easy to use, nice features, and not expensive - I use it as a scanner and printer both. I don't need a fax machine, but if iI did I'd use that feature as well.

Works okay so far. Very annoying that there's no owner's manual - and Canon's website isn't very user friendly.

Basic printer. Set-up was easy although it took some time to get the paper feed to work properly.

Printer sucks, could not print my name tags. Had nothing but problem since i bought it a year ago.
