I have had a difficult time connecting the printer to my new computer. It is not compatible with Windows 11. You have to be a computer expert to connect anything. You cannot rely of the manufacturers to build products that are compatible and I have gone in circles trying to follow the instructions. Horrible.

Between the Best Buy Geek and myself we could not get the printer to print- product was returned.

This may be the worst printer I have owned. It came with just enough cartridge ink to print about 8 pages, and can't seem to reliably print anything even after putting in new ink. It is basically a plugged-in shelf after just a few months of trying to use it.

All the Canon (Epson etc.) printers suck. Doesn’t matter what you pay for them, you’ll end up spending way too much money in constantly replacing the ink cartridges. Biggest racket/scam these companies are running. There has to be a better way.

Good value for the price. Very positive experience.

Had nothing but WiFi issues had to bring back to store

Horrible printer that I ever had they did not include instructions. I had to go online and on YouTube … it took me two hours to figure out how to use the printer and still am unable to connect to the Wi-Fi …do not purchase this printer this is a piece of garbage printer

MANY TIMES SINCE I BOUGHT THIS PRINTER. I HAVE GOTTON PAPER JAMS. THERE NOW IS PAPER I VCANNOT GET OUT. I HAVE HAD MANY CANON PRINTERS AND NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE. I AM AN ELITE MEMBER AND IF I CANNOT EXCHANGE THIS PRINTER. I WILL NO LONGER BUY ANYTHING AT BEST BUY.

Sight window is very hard to see, very hard setting up wifi password must jumpthru a number of hoops to get this thing connect my network

I like the printer is easy to set up but I haven’t printed a lot and I’m out of ink already it’s a good for a person who dosent print alot but for a student or small office i don’t recommend it

Wouldn’t connect to wifi, but still gets the job done.

Don't recommend it - would not set up, after an hour on phone with tech was told "it needs maintenance". BRAND NEW!!! It was returned.

A good printer, but hard to find ink for it. BestBuy recommended the printer but doesn’t have the ink it needs.

A little bulky and bigger than I expected. I needed a portable printer.

I got it and ink waste so fast that I need be buy ink every week

Probably the individual machine, not the printer as designed by Canon, but it was unusable. Tried aligning it, everything I could think of, sent out pages blotched and smudged all over.

Very unhappy with product as it was connected two days and quit printing. Spent hours on phone and chat room with Best Buy and never resolved. I'm returning it tomorrow even if they don't credit my account.

The product is good its work fine but it's difficult to get nk for this product

Not user friendly in setting up. Instructions were vague. Keeps you going in circle
