Not sure why New Ink isn’t working.

Once I removed the Started Black Cartridge and replaced it with the New one (purchased with printer) And error message occurred.

Awful

The fax NEVER worked. The printer has a Tiny area to install ink cartridges and the ink barely lasts as this printer uses too much ink. The tiny window on the top is barely visible and difficult to use when problems occur....and problems always occur. My last printer was an Hp and lasted 12 yrs.......this one not even 12 months
