I returned the printer. I set it up, but had problems with it and the WiFI connection a week later. I called the support line. It took me 1/2 hour to explain what I thought was a situation that was straight forward. The technician kept taking breaks - I presume to consult a manual or supervisor .He Ultimately was not able to help me resolve the issue - so I returned a printer that I could not use.

Display is flat so small you cannot see it sitting down even when standing so small barely read it it has a mind of its own absolutely worthless

A device whose printer works, yet the scanner cannot connect to Windows 10 or 11. All drivers downloaded. This is problematic for all PC owners across the board. Spoke with Support. After 1.5 hours of troubleshooting on the phone, support told me to download a user app, to scan, print, etc. Then it began working Ink Jet Not Laser Jet.

Would not buy this product. Difficult to connect with wi-fi, prints unevenly, lines run vertically through printed pages. Wanted to not spend a lot for a seldom used printer-I got what I paid for.

Alleged all-in one that would not finish set up. Feedback/trouble shooting was that I needed to physically connect my iPhone to the printer. After buying a printer cable and an adapter online to connect to my phone nothing changed, except that it was too late to return it. Also, tech support was “follow the instructions on the app”. Automated phone support was “follow the app”.

Difficult setup. Installed new ink cartridges but keep getting ink running low message after cleaning contacts. Very noisy even in quiet mode.

Who in the world designs printers these days? They should be fired. The printer runs great, but it is a pet peeve of mine for things to be out and about. I cant stand that the printers paper is not enclosed. Theres certainly enough room that they could have had it stored vertically, underneath. However it hangs out the side of the printer and is not enclosed. Therefore it can accumulate dust and such. If you just need a printer this will do well, but i dont like the design.

Purchased mid March. Opened it up 3 weeks later to begin connecting to my computer. I was having issues connecting so I contacted the support center. After they were unsuccessful assisting, they recommended I take it back to Best Buy. Best Buy would not accept an even exchange. Poor customer service.

Having difficulty with the set-up, I called Canon for help. The help offered was $150 software. I will never purchase Canon again.

Sorry to say, this is the worst printer I've ever owned. It's only a few months old and I've wasted way too much time fixing jams and other problems. It ran out of ink withing the 1st 2 week and a few weeks later it tells me the toner needs to be replaced. Very expensive. Needless to say, I'm going back to an HP.

This is a terrible option for home printing over wifi. I have been trying for the last 1.5 hours to connect it to my MacBook - sometimes it get 50% through the process. I got all the way through installation and then there is no printer to add and no explanation as to why it doesn't show up. Honestly save your money and buy something else that can actually connect to a computer

Broke after first time using. Papdt jam caused it to mot work.

Was recommended by employee for use on transfer paper after I explained in the past canon printers have printed out random streaks of lines. Took it home and it did the exact same thing.

Printer use too much ink. Had to buy an extra cartridge.

This printer is light weight and easily moves around when setting up to use. It is quite noisy-doesn't bother me in my home office, but may be bothersome in another setting
