Broke after a few uses. The printer would print the words blurry. Also it was not compatible with my older computer so i could only print from my phone. No value in broken equipment. Returned the printer

The printer has lots of issues like back lit, set up and majorly ink shortage. Consumes ink very fast say within 30 pages. The printer looks cheap but maintaining printer with ink catridges would presumably become costlier in the long run.

Printer produces poor quality copies with shadows on anything when more than one copy made. Ink is very expensive for the amount in the cartridge. Difficult to determine how to use any of the features. Would never buy another one.

This printer is a source of incredible frustration. Nearly every time I go to print, it gives me an error message, and I have to run a troubleshooter which sometimes gets it working again. I don't know if it has issues being compatible with the latest version of windows or what, but it is maddening to use.

Not to happy with this product and not really sure even how it works

Stopped working after 1 week. Does not print that great and when we went to use it for a second time it won’t power on anymore. Checked the outlet and everything. Just won’t work anymore

Haven't had an issue with it so far. Have used all of it's features and it's a champ. Big plus side is that the ink is cheaper than HP (printer I've had previously).

I’ve never had difficulty setting up my printers and for some reason it’s not connecting. I’ve tried over 20 times and it’s not connecting. I will be returning and getting another brand.

Junk. Worked fine until I had to replace ink. Now the paper feed is messed up and I am unable to fix it. Tech support was useless. Of course it's pass the 90 day return window so It goes into the trash. I should have stayed with HP products as I have always had great products from them and great service.

The printer runs out of in incredibly fast. Printing takes forever and i gave up trying to print from my computer. I have to print everything from my phone because it refuses to connect with my computer.

Loved my old printer, so I bought the same newer version. So much better and quicker when syncing my devices to it. Great color process and photos look fabulous

Horrible printer. Slow ink hog that stopped working in less than a year under light use. Will never buy Canon again. Best Buy was ZERO help.

This printer was junk right out of the box. Flimsy materials. Set up was way to difficult. After getting it connected to wifi, it kept throwing codes. More time spent trying to clear codes. Carriage holding the cartridges refused to move. It sounded like a thrashing machine. It was reboxed and promptly sent back.

This has to be the worst printer I ever bought as new. The unit itself wasnt so terrible but the setup was a joke,from poorly written misguided instructions to videos designed to help spefic problems and you watch the video that provides little help if any.

Printer broke in a year and a half. It didnt even make it through the first ink cartridge replacement.

Piece of crap. I bout this in July, three months later, it does not want to print square or in line. I have tried everything to get it to work right, and nothing, Won't buy a Canon again.

Difficult to use, not user friendly. I wound up giving it away.

Great little printer that is an upgrade due to new devices. The old Canon is still printing on the older devices. Really great printer❣️

This was the worst printer I’ve ever purchased. I had to return it twice because it would not work!
