Do not buy! It broke down on me literally 10 minutes into me using it.

Hard to get the inks and inks get finish quickly.

Okay. No ethernet port and does not connect to wifi very well.

Wifi chip doesn't work and best buy couldn't help.

That’s the worst printer, i just lose my money. I can’t recommend.

When it’s working it’s great, but to often it doesn’t connect properly or it’ll have an issue that isn’t easily resolved. I’ve gotten many errors of no paper when there is plenty of paper, and even when you fill it back up it fails to recognize it.

So frustrating I once connected with the help of my family, company support and the internet provider tech. Now it got disconnected again and we can’t figure out to connect it again. The printer is idle right now when I have something to print so annoying. Can I return it back?

Don't recommend it - would not set up, after an hour on phone with tech was told "it needs maintenance". BRAND NEW!!! It was returned.

Make sure you buy extra ink Ran out of ink on the 3rd day and no one has it in stock Thank Heaven for Amazon Setup is not easy The screen is very small I still can’t figure out how to scan to My computer yet I can print from my computer Makes no sense HP is so much easier

Very unhappy with product as it was connected two days and quit printing. Spent hours on phone and chat room with Best Buy and never resolved. I'm returning it tomorrow even if they don't credit my account.

Between the Best Buy Geek and myself we could not get the printer to print- product was returned.

It is a cheap printer. They didn't have the printer I wanted in stock. The salesman didn't believe they were getting any more anytime soon. So he suggested this one. Wish I would have returned for an upgrade.

Just don’t even waste your time. I hav had this printer for roughly 2-3 months and it does not work a few days ago it was fine and now when trying to print I get error after error and when it does decide to print it does not print anywhere near straight listen the the reviews. I wish I would have.

This is loud & jams constantly. I replaced a good, but tired printer & sadly bought this.

Probably the individual machine, not the printer as designed by Canon, but it was unusable. Tried aligning it, everything I could think of, sent out pages blotched and smudged all over.

I hate this thing. It NEVER just prints. I always have to open-wait for at least 5 seconds-then close again- the ink cover after powering on or it won’t do anything AT ALL. It never stays connected to wifi, and only picks up my internet half the time and NOT 5G capable. I print and then serve legal documents and all I need is to hit print and pop out black and white copies, simple right? Well apparently NOT, because this canon just. won’t. do. it.

Sight window is very hard to see, very hard setting up wifi password must jumpthru a number of hoops to get this thing connect my network

Very out dated hard to hook to the wifi. The printer has auto feed and it is horriable always pulls the paper in sideways and jams it. Dont buy
