Horrible printer. The ink only lasts 20 pages printed in black ink only. I've had this since May and had to buy 5 refills already!! The color printing is way off. Now its printing blurry and skipping blocks of words/designs. Absolute garbage waste of money and now its almost half the price I paid. Super dissapointed in Cannon.

I would have bought something better if there was someone to help. Not satisfied.

Wonderful printer. It is so easy to print photos on this printer. It makes it fun to print, not only photos, but things that one prints on plain paper. Very quick and easy set-up, too. That is much appreciated.

I would give this a zero or a negative number if that was an option. I spent hours setting it up, and still cannot connect it to the laptop.

Easy set up & good value for the price but would be helpful if it included an instruction booklet showing the various functions the printer has instead of having to go to the tutorial on the computer especially if you have a problem.

I purchased this Canon printer to replace my old MX 470 Canon printer. I am very happy with the new printer. It was easy to set up and prints well. The set up instructions can be easily accessed online.

Not an expensive printer. Works well. Good value for the price.

I am loving this printer it puts out great quality pictures. I also like the quickness of the amount of copies I can get in a minute or so

THIS PRINTER IS A LITTLE CLUNKY AND NOISY, BUT I THINK IT IS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT FOR ME FOR THE MONEY. IT PRINTS GOOD, IS ALWAYS READY AND THE PRICE WAS GREAT FOR A USER LIKE ME, WHO ONLY USES ABOUT 2 PACKS OF PAPER PER YEAR.

So far so good. This printer works just fine. However, Canon doesn’t have a number where you’re able to speak with a person and the number given to text the faxing abilities is always busy. Other than that, the set up web site was pretty helpful.

Great printer, easy installation and good quality and price

It is clear that this product is as flimsy and the price would imply. There are also a lot of moving parts happening inside of this printer so longevity will not be it's strong point if it is used a lot. However, we just don't print that much as home/non-business users so the price is right and longevity for someone like us will be fine. It offers a lot for the price. Set up was just as bad as some who rated it lower said. Like many manufacturers they just assume a lot about my know ledge about these things and it was exasperating at times. Scanner set up was really time consuming. Was I downloading software to the computer or the printer. Do I have to have all of the extra stuff? Maybe have a REQIRED category of things to download so I can efficiently use the limited storage my computer has left. There was virtually no instructions written so I could get started quickly. That would have been nice.

I love this printer, the quality of the prints are nice. I basically purchased it for the fax, which I'm still trying to figure out. I may need a separate line to use it. It's a great printer for the price
