    still have not gotten it to work yet, I think it might be nice if i can get it working but just not there yet. I have been reluctant to review it since I have no idea how it might possibly work .

    Not on Best Buy but, the install process was not a smooth experience. It would have been better if there was an "install disc". I had to call customer support, which was a terrible ordeal. I had tried many times before getting a live person.

    Not really user friendly. Paper tray to feed and the tray for printed paper to come out are close to each other. It does the job, though.
