This is our second printer. The first one still works wonderfully and we continue to use it after 7 years.

Product is ok. Was difficult to set up. Tried several times to do the setting. Instructions very vague. Lacks instructions on setup.

Not sure this is for me. A little to basic. I will use for a little while, but will probably get something else.

I had a lot of trouble connecting this printer via wifi. It still is not working. I don't feel the cannon website is easy to understand either. I haven't used it enough to review the quality of the printing. The ink cartridges were pretty reasonable. We have a very only Epson that is still going strong, the ink is expensive for that one.

We purchased this product because we don't do as much printing as when I had a home business. The unit came with the usual low ink cartridge. I printed my tax forms, which was about 18 pages. A month later, the printer indicated we were low on ink. We purchased new cartridges, use the printer a couple of times, not printing what I had done with original cartridge. The low ink came up, but I printed the one page I needed. Two weeks later, the cartridge was dry. Speaking to an employee at the office supply store, we were told, with the new printers, you have to print something at least once per week in order to keep cartridge good. I have used Canon for many years and the last one I had, I had for 12-years until the ink pad failed. We were told it would not be worth the cost to replace it. Now I wish I had, because I absolutely hate this printer and 'hate' is not a word I hardly ever use.

Not the best printer. Paper kept getting stuck when trying to print.

works well, had issues with the wifi so I got a cord. starter ink wasn't a lot but didn't expect a lot.

Bring by expensive appliances or Electronics it always pays so I get a warranty

Prints good, just dont like that everytime I turn it off I have to reset my router to connect it wireless. I thought even with the app on my phone it is a struggle to keep it connected. If you can connect it phone line i would say it is great but not so much. Luckily I only need it for occasional papers that need printed out for my kids online school.

I bought this for a backup because it’s getting hard to get a fax machine except for in the very expensive ones. I have had one like it in the past and was pleased with it
