I bought this printer on 9/29/22. I set up it with ease and connected to my PC easily as well. I tried to replace the cartridges this week on Monday, April 3, however, I could not connect it to my PC. I called Totaltech and they told me to call the Geek Squad. 3 hours later as I sat there the tech person connected it, test printed a page, however, the print was shadowed with a double print image. The tech finished thinking my print was ok, however, it was not, and proceed to logged off. I will be going to the store today. I pay extra for Total Tech, this is ridiculous.

Like this printer, however the setup instructions are not clear so I had to use use tube to get it setup. Need better instructions.

Printer produces nice crisp photos. Double sided printing is a plus. A downside is that the sprinter is slow and I had difficulty setting it up.

This printer is a great choice. I replaced an older model with this one which was good and lasted 7ish years. This printer has more advanced features.

Good printer for the price. WiFi connectivity is a bit tedious due to small screen

Quality product from a dependable brand. I have used Canon printers for many years, and I plan to stick with them in the future.

Does the job but the ink finish fast. For Pictures the quality is not so great

This printer does OK. Cheaply built and seems like the trays would break off easily.

This is a playschool toy, not a productivity tool. If you like printer sized paperweights, you're in luck, this product is for you. It might make a good doorstop, or fill in that empty space on the dresser that needed some junk sitting there. If you happen to be looking for a printer that takes paper into it, puts ink on the paper, and then spits it out, keep looking elsewhere, this won't do any of those things. It may, however, scan a document into a PDF more often than not so, there's that.... If you hadn't read the title or picked up on the hint... DO NOT BUY THIS HEADACHE INDUCING PROBLEM CREATOR, IT WILL EXPOSE ALL YOUR HIDDEN RAGE

Ink is expensive! I told the guy I wanted a Cannon cuz I had one and wanted to continue buying ink from Amazon that was inexpensive. He told me I could do that with any! This crap uses so much ink, isn’t sharp printing pictures; (the colors of pictures aren’t accurate), is really loud when printing, front doesn’t close if you have paper in the tray, and you have to pop the bottom up so the printed paper doesn’t fly everywhere. That bottom part feels like it’s going to break every time. Just a really crappy printer. If that kid at Best Buy had told me I’d gladly have spent more money to get a better printer. He kept saying doesn’t matter the price they all do the same thing! Clearly they DON’T!!!

It’s a nice printer once u get it connected to your internet, had difficult time getting it to connect

Work fine for basic printing and price the only maybe the ink goes fast

Had the 4900 prior to this purchase. Similar, the 4720 will not print greeting cards using Blue Mountain. Other than that, no other problems right now.

Is a bit slow and the quality is ok. Not what I I was expecting, but it was on a special price.

This printer is definitely getting the job done. Sometimes it has connectivity issues, but that could be our well- insulated home.

Feeder cant handle more than a few pieces at a time but aside from that its decent for a cheap printer

It was a little difficult to set up, because the instructions are online, but after I did it works fine.

I returned this. It was noisy and not worth the price- of any price. Very very poor quality copies.

Got this baby for 50 bucks! Works excellent aside from disconnecting from the WIFI sometimes.
