a nice printer but neither Canon or Best Buy tell you it does not support 5G. Which means you can't use your phone as a hot spot to connect wirelessly unless you change settings each time you want to use it. Aggravating that I did not know that until it was too late. Connecting each time is a pain.

Theres no manual, difficult to set up, had to google to figure out how to print from laptop and Iphone. Paper print quality was good, photo print on the otherhand is terrible, no vibrant color. I purchased cause I needed a new printer and mainly print out photos. Not happy with this purchase

Great for at-home personal printing and copying. Easy set up to Wi-Fi. Apple Air printer connection is great for printing from iPhone or MacBook. Double-sided print is a nice paper saving option.

Works as indicated. A bit dicey to set up but we got it. We don't print often so we picked an inexpensive one for our needs. This one fit the bill.

I just love this little contraption! IT WORKS! IT'S SIMPLE! Only problem is display window is hard to see. Need a light nearby. Great for low use needs. Sounds rickety but no worries.

    Very Little Good To Say

A good buy, for sure, but one that will soon make your printing life miserable; having to pull all copies out the back of the unit, misfeeds, jams, crinkled waste about half the time. User interface is quite hard to read, or understand. Worked great, but for only about a month, and since then has become a source of aggravation like a balky car. You just never know which day of the week it will choose to cooperate? At least the ink is fairly cheap!

Great printer with less than ideal setup process

Great printer. setup was a bit trickier than expected, but once its done, you're set for the life of the printer. The display is tiny and not lit, so making adjustments to the settings from the unit is cumbersome.

Am returning the 2nd TR4720. It works fine for a few months, then paper jam is indicated but there is no paper. Tried to reset a few times but instructions say it's a sensor failure. liked the model so when 1st one returned tried again...but it too lasted a few months. Think it was Model MF232 larger Canon. which preceded these. Same problem What is it with their sensors? WIll replace with an Epson
