Canon Pixma TR4720 / very poor AIO printer

Would Not Connect!

Useless

I set it up, but had problems with it and the WiFI connection a week later. I called the support line. It took me 1/2 hour to explain what I thought was a situation that was straight forward. The technician kept taking breaks - I presume to consult a manual or supervisor .He Ultimately was not able to help me resolve the issue - so I returned a printer that I could not use.

Beware of Scanner Technology Issue

All drivers downloaded. This is problematic for all PC owners across the board. Spoke with Support. After 1.5 hours of troubleshooting on the phone, support told me to download a user app, to scan, print, etc. Then it began working Ink Jet Not Laser Jet.

Bad Canon PIXMA Printer

Soon after I bought it, it just did not work. I am in Total Tech (joining was the best thing I ever did with Best Buy). Geek Squad came and they said buying a new one was the best thing to do. At the store, they gave all of my money back and they applied it to my new HP Envy Printer. Best Buy customer service is beyond excellent. I strongly recommend Total Tech.

Useless printer & support

It won't respond to wireless connections, pc can't connect even tho it knows printer is there. 6 tech calls, 1 in-person tech, finally worked, then next time I tried to print wireless, it failed AGAIN. Past return date, headed to junk yard and I to a different store.
