Bought this as an inexpensive Chromebook-compatible smaller printer/scanner for use while I would be staying in a warm place this winter. It is compatible (need a USB printer cable for scanning). The printer is decent and the scanner is good (wish it had a b/w setting instead of grayscale). A good machine that has sustained my part-time consulting work. My spouse also uses it for her business via windows computer while down here. I would recommend it.

Excellent product and it was easy to go into the store and get help with questions and make the purchase.

It prints top quality images but it doesn't seem interact well with any of the photos editing softwares I've used so far. Granted I've only tried free use ones. If you are just looking to print word documents or simple pictures I recommend it if you need it for more indepth art projects there are probably better printers out there.

One of the worst printers I have ever owned in my life. I ended up getting sent to replacement because the first one I had jammed so frequently they couldn’t figure out what it was. I now have my second one I went to print maybe my fifth item and it jammed. It’s very slow to print and it’s very loud when it prints. Just an overall crappy machine and like the old saying goes, you get what you pay for it. I would never recommend this printer or company to anyone. I am most likely returning this Canon and going back to an HP. HP has better customer service, I didn’t have as many problems with my printer as I do with this one, and I had it for many years. Just not happy with my Canon PIXMA TR 4720 at all. Do your research.

The price was right. It was easy to set up, and so far the quality of copies is great.

This printer was worth the price! It was easy to set up both USB and Wireless. It also duplex prints without having to flip it over manually like my old HP.

Nice printer easy to use works really well. I would recommend this one.

Love how you can connect to the app and print pictures right off the phone

I needed a new all in one printer/scanner, and this one fits the bill nicely. I will, however, agree with others that some of the components (i.e paper input/output) seem a little flimsy. That being said, it seems to be working well. The ink levels drop rather quickly, also.

Its ok. It is very freaking confusing on how to use it from your phone. The ink that comes with it, does not last. I printed a few pages with just words and its already empty. The instructions need to break it down more on how to scan multiple pages.

Seems to work fine, though it just feels more fragile and "plastic" compared to the Canon printer that I replaced. But unless you are using a printer/scanner frequently, it is a low price device that will suit you just fine. I'll know more when I see how long it lasts. I do like having only two cartridges.
