The helped I receive from the store was exceptional because I wasn’t sure which printer to get. My printer is working perfectly fine with no issues

It's fine if you only print things once in a blue moon, but it has extremely minimal features. The ink costs a fortune and this model has the smallest ink cartridges of any printer I've ever owned. However, if you're just looking to print the occasional document. Make the occasional copy, it's fine.

The Canon PIXMA TR 4700 series printer works great once you get it setup. The setup process can be difficult unless you have a printer cable to attach to your WiFi router. Everything in my house, from my cable, lights, door locks computers. Etc, run off of my WiFi. Without a printer cable it took 3 hrs for the printer to connect to WiFi. Canon does not include printer cables wit the printer.

I highly recommend this for those who aren’t willing to use digital technology for faxing and scanning. Most newer printers do not have these features, but Canon thank goodness does.

Bulky but has a lot of functions, easy to install, slow printing

It prints slow, and you have to have a full color and black cartridge in even if you’re just printing in black and white. I would choose a different printer

Service was excellent & delivery came on time. I'm tec challenged & I still have not been able to connect to my 2015 Mac book pro. I am connected to my smart phone, so I'm able to get by. I definately like my new Canon printer.

It's a workhorse. A little noisy. A little boxy. But it works like a charm.

Tr4700 series printer was easy to install and right for my budget!

Great inexpensive option for a general office. Ink goes much farther than I expected. The direct connection to your phone makes it easy to print without internet.

Spent hours trouble shooting color printing with no success. All colors are dull when printing. Problem appears to by cyan not functioning properly. Uses an awful lot of ink - replacement cartridges are $40+ so you can pay for the printer easily. Prints black okay - color is a disaster

Does the job I need done, simple home printing. Easy to use, known quality brand. Second Pixma series model I've purchased and would buy again.

Great printer, performers to highest standards for printer in its price range

Great price for a basic printer. Set-up a bit tricky for me, but all was smooth with the help of the geek squad. Satisfied with my purchase.

It was easy to set up and I was able to get at least one computer to accept the printer and had easy to follow instructions.I am not very tech neither.
