Excellent home printer at an amazing low price. Easy to set up and operate.

Sight window is very hard to see, very hard setting up wifi password must jumpthru a number of hoops to get this thing connect my network

Trying to get it to connect to a cell phone is near impossible. Would be easier if it just had a QR Code to connect to.. But still a pile of junk I actually hate printers. Doesn't matter who the manufacturer is Most are made like junk.

Printer has begun printing only a small segment of higher quality document pages, then it ejects the paper. It just began doing this, and there appears to be no one at "Canon" who will talk live with me to solve this issue.

This was easy to set up. Scanning and printing quickly. A nice machine.

Very confusing to operate; Geek Squad not helpful. Display on printer is very dim, need flashlight to see instructions

Ink doesn’t last. Wasn’t able to do what i needed without purchasing 4 extra in cartridges for one project

Prints well, uses ink okay. Still stuck with manufacturers internal page counter to get you to subscribe to ink services. Speaking of ink can only get online.

Hard to connect! I have tried to connect it to my home printer and my laptop… have had it over a month and still not connected… threw away the box TOO early!

Works great, my kids are using it to print out all their school work

Was convinced to buy this with the Mac computer.. could not get it to sync with the computer or my iPhone so I am giving it away as it’s past the return date and box got destroyed by my cats… don’t get this one….

I've had a number of Canon printers over the years. This may be my last one. Constant paper jams, many of which are *very* difficult to clear. Whoever designed the paper feed system for this printer should never be allowed to design another one. I mean, maybe if you never changed paper types and sizes, just left standard copier paper in the tray it'd be fine, but even then I've had jams. Not sure what happened to this once solid brand.

I thought I got a decent printer but after spending a countless number of hours trying to connect it to my Chromebook, I realized it wasn’t worth the effort. I returned it back to Best Buy without any issues and got another printer. As a note, always read the reviews first. If I had, I would’ve saved myself the difficulty and not gotten this particular printer in the first place.

I bought it because the price was affordable, but after a few uses it started to blur.

Very low quality, makes lot of sound, if you print more than 10 papers at a time printer slows down. Biggest issue ink cartridges are very hard to find and not available

We Grateful just sometimes paper jam very often operates well

Setup is not easy I followed the instructions and it kept telling me to enter the ink cartridges. The printer still isn’t setup would not purchase again
