This printer is horrible. It keeps going offline for no reason. We’ve attempted to use a cord as opposed to WiFi. Same thing. It’s horrible.

This is the worst printer I have ever purchased. No only does Best Buy not sell the ink to go with it. On eve I finally got it. The printer will not accept the cartridges and states that there are foreign object in there. Such a waste of money

This was the worst printer I’ve ever purchased. I had to return it twice because it would not work!

For the price and the use that I need it for it is perfect. The menu system is a little clunky but otherwise great purchase.

The Canon printer it’s ok for your home office I like it if you don’t have to use that much paper so it is just right for me

Terrible printer. I printed a document in black and white and the black is a light gray and not even shading. Don't waste your time.

I purchase this item but I had to return it because I didn’t have wifi or Internet for this to function with our cells if we needed to print document and we even had to purchase an app for it to work it was to difficult to even worked it.

Took me 2 weeks to get this Canon TR4720 to connect wirelessly and I am not alone having this problem with Canon printers. Go to their web site and read the reviews. No manuals just a QR code. So if you have no printer, how do you download a manual?

This keeps giving me codes and I do as the manual says but still doesn't work. Just a piece of junk!!!! I had another Canon and it was wonderful but I think I am done with Canon!!

Can not print. This printer constantly disconects from the network and from my computer. I have to go through the reconnection process every time i want to print which is extremely inefficient and frustrating.

The scanning feed does not feed more than 2 papers . And do not scan double face automatically Papers get jammed very easier . I have an older model much better to work Settings ais very limited and not so simple.

I have always enjoy using Cannon printers in the past. I knew I was getting a good printer and compatible price.

Was terrible. Not even the Geek Squad guy could get it to work right. He told me to take it back and get a HP which I did. The HP self-installed beautifully.

We could never getcit to connect to any of our devices. Customer service at Canon was not available.. We returned it and bought an HP which we are very happy with

Horrible printer , I guess you get what you pay for. It stopped working after one use during which I didn't do anything that would justify it not working ex: I treated it carefully and followed instructions etc.

This item is not performing well. It worked a few times started making weird noise and has not printed since.

Ink catridge last for less than a week. Catridge replacement alone will cost you more than printer itself in less than 6 months.
