Good printer for the price. Easy setup with wifi connection.

Very responsive. Color prints are excellent. The only negative is the display is hard to read as it is not backlit. Very easy to set-up.

I just got this printer last weekend, and I wanted to share that the setup process was pretty terrible. First off, you have to go to a website to find any instructions at all (what if your internet is down, or you want to use the printer with devices that aren't connected to the internet?), and even then there are no clear instructions for connecting the printer to your local network, which, unless you're somehow using an ethernet cable, is the only way you're going to be able to connect your computer to your printer so you can print stuff. I finally got it connected and am able to print from my laptop; hopefully things will get better from here.

I had a Canon printer that lasted 10 years and was so impressed with Canon that I did not even consider another brand before buying this little jewel. It is easy to set up. It functions well and is probably a good machine for the money. There is a small catch, however. It comes with a stingy ink supply that prints only a few pages. In my experience, no store in town carries or has ever carried the ink cartridges required. The local Best Buy located one black cartridge in the state. After a long series of misadventures, I got in touch with Canon customer service (that is a whole different story, Canon customer "service" sets new standards for endless frustration and nonsense) and they located a cartridge set for me in NYC. Of course the "shipping and handling" almost doubles the price if they happen to be in stock and not just another rumor of a physical product. All right. To be fair, there are supply chain issues. I get that. But this model should not be on the market at all until Canon gets its act together and produces enough cartridges to support the machines in service. It's a fine printer for a few days, but way overpriced as a paperweight. If your heart is set on this model, wait for six months to a year and see if Canon ever manages to create an adequate supply of ink.

I purchased this printer a month ago after reading the previous reviews, but I am so glad I did. It is just what I needed. Here I am a month later and still using the ink that came with the printer although I purchased extra when I bought the printer. So far, no complaints. A good deal!

Wanted something basic that can print, scan, copy, and fax and this does exactly that.

MACHINE IS OK, DON'T LIKE THE LACK OF WRITTEN INSTRUCTION.

Our new Canon Pixma TR4720 works great, it does everything expected. There are so many choices these days. Our sales rep was a great help.

I love this printer, I use it all the time! I’m a college student and I have to print so much. Being able to have this printer handy and with great quality has been a lifesaver.

LOVE this printer! It was so easy to set up! I was printing within 15 minutes of opening the box. I don't want to spend an hour trying to get a printer set up and working. It's the BEST!

I recently upgraded to a computer that no longer recognized the scanner in my old Canon PIXMA. This new model solved the problem and was an easy transition from the old printer. The top loading copier function is a nice addition.

Good value, but going online to down load the manual is kind of a pain.

Bought this as an inexpensive Chromebook-compatible smaller printer/scanner for use while I would be staying in a warm place this winter. It is compatible (need a USB printer cable for scanning). The printer is decent and the scanner is good (wish it had a b/w setting instead of grayscale). A good machine that has sustained my part-time consulting work. My spouse also uses it for her business via windows computer while down here. I would recommend it.

One of the worst printers I have ever owned in my life. I ended up getting sent to replacement because the first one I had jammed so frequently they couldn’t figure out what it was. I now have my second one I went to print maybe my fifth item and it jammed. It’s very slow to print and it’s very loud when it prints. Just an overall crappy machine and like the old saying goes, you get what you pay for it. I would never recommend this printer or company to anyone. I am most likely returning this Canon and going back to an HP. HP has better customer service, I didn’t have as many problems with my printer as I do with this one, and I had it for many years. Just not happy with my Canon PIXMA TR 4720 at all. Do your research.

Print quality is good. For the price, it is good all-in-one printer for low volume printing.

It works for me in an outdoor environment just what was needed

As always printer reasonable. Ink costly. Works well

It prints top quality images but it doesn't seem interact well with any of the photos editing softwares I've used so far. Granted I've only tried free use ones. If you are just looking to print word documents or simple pictures I recommend it if you need it for more indepth art projects there are probably better printers out there.
