As a home user, I needed a reliable and versatile printer for various tasks, from documents to photos. *Design and Build* The TR4720 boasts a compact design, perfect for small home offices or desks. Its solid build quality and sturdy plastic construction ensure durability, while its 11-pound weight makes it manageable. *Printing Performance* The TR4720 utilizes Canon's FINE technology, delivering exceptional print quality. The ease of setting up this printer is such a pleasure. All I did was scan the QR code that came with it and I was able to set my phone up within six minutes (new phone learning curve). Then I picked up my iPad and was able to set that up within five minutes (includes the time it took to download the canon print app). The first thing I printed was a picture of a purple rose and it came out very nice. I didn’t have photo paper so I use regular copy paper and it still had beautiful saturation. I can’t wait to see how well it does on the ink usage. But I am quite impressed with how easy it is to use. I have it right now on the dining room table and I’m considering putting it in my bedroom on a solid surface somewhere. It’s not like the old days where it’s wired in and you’re stuck at the desk with it. The Flatbed scanner on top has a nice touch that some would say as a flaw. The lid gives a little bit which in my opinion is great if you’re trying to copy a page from the middle of a book. You don’t want a rigid lid that doesn’t work with you when you’re trying to press down and get that good copy. So far so good! And before I bought it I noticed people complaining in the reviews about the lack of a manual, you really don’t need one. It talks you through every step right on the screen, literally tells you what to do. Overall I’m quite impressed. Let’s hope it lasts as long as my previous printer did.

Its a good printer for the price. I had Canon PIXMA earlier but a diferent one, so was surprised to find that this one does not have a paper holding tray. However, my printing needs are very minimal at this point, so I can live without a tray, but when I do have to change, I will ensure that the next one does have a tray. Missed returning this one back in time, so have to live with it now. Makes me wonder why Canon would take the tray away considering the previous two Canon printers that I purchased did have it.

I like how quick it prints and like how easy it it to use with my iPhone iPad and Mac. After you contact to WiFi it’s automatic

I recommend this printer to anybody looking for a printer/scanner for the basics. I wouldn't recommend for an office or someone who is constantly printing tons of documents as it isn't the fastest. It was easy to setup but the written directions aren't the best I would watch a Youtube instructional video. Overall I recommend. It does what it is supposed to do and I was able to set it up in about 20 minutes.

Great deal on a small printer for minimal home use! Lightweight and easy set-up. Hope it lasts as long as my previous Canon - 12 years!

I use this for photo printing and DIY Crafting and cannot believe the quality considering the price point at which I purchased this. Set up is smooth and is a really non tech friendly. I’d definitely buy this same printer should the need arise in the future. You cannot beat the quality and cost savings. 5 stars!!

I needed a new printer but because I own a bridal shop, I need one that can not only print but scan, copy and fax. This printer can do all that and I love that it's white! It was also really easy to install and set up. Overall, it's just a quality printer and was really affordable!

I have been the owner of this all in one printer including fax I'm very happy for it. I'm not expecting the printer to work super fast, but it gets the job done and for the price it has a lot of features.I like to print from my phone or laptop wirelessly, once I set it up correctly, I didn't had issues. I will say it took me a while to install the printer since I have not had a printer that asked me questions during setup in the lcd screen of the printer itself, I was actually waiting for the installation to complete by itself with things I had done on the laptop, but once I figured it out, it was easier. I have had a good experience with the Brand Cannon overall. And I received my new printer just in time for my upcoming final tests. Since I print many things that I need for my assignments and tests. The printing function of my last printer machine lasted more than 4 years. I can say I still use the scanner function on my old Cannon. When I need to use multiple devices for different things. I would recommend the new printer I bought for someone that wants everything important in a printer, like the wireless feature and the app for added convenience, and more. And a printer that also gets the job done when you need it.

I purchased this printer when the one I use for work stopped working properly. I don't do a lot of printing, but I do need a fax capability. This printer works better than I thought it would. It prints quickly and was fairly easy to set up. My only complaint is how quickly it blew through print cartridges. As always, ink is expensive, but I've learned to buy the higher-priced extended life cartridges, or I won't get much out of the standard ones. Even as little as I print, the standard cartridges ran out really quickly. Otherwise, it does a good job, and the price was remarkably low.
