My third PIXMA! I really like this printer. However, my computer didn’t recognize it. I contacted Canon and was told I had to install Norton software. I wonder why that was necessary.

Great printer/Scanner so far, only quirk that gives it a 4star from me (i'd give it 4.5 if i could) is the size of screen and text/numeric input which is not really a flaw it is as advertised but i feel the navigation and input could be better.

Havent really got into everything it does yet. Simple machine that will serve our purpose. Nice product for the money

I loved my "Canon-PIXMA TS6420a" Printer! It took me 4 years to finally make up my mind to purchase one!

I am going to have to call Cannon. I want my printer to consistently stay on in order that I can print from wherever. I feel it is a simple fix I am not ware of, but it will shut off at a certain point in time and I lose the benefit of the transmission process. Otherwise I am quite happy with the purchase and the product.

Works great. Hooked right up to Wi-Fi. Can print from my laptop and my IPhone. Goes from sleep mode to print. Makes good copies too.

Excellent printer. Easy installation. Excellent ease of use. Maintenance friendly. I have used printers of other make and models and nothing beats this one. I made a mistake by switching the brand from Canon to some other to save some money. But every penny for Canon is worth.... I strongly recommend this for home office...

This printer was a quick and well worth it purchase. I love the Canon Pixma series because of the quality so I had to get another one.

Excellent in store assistance for purchase of Canon printer. Easy to set up and print. Wish it had fax capability.
