Does every thing as promised except for ink life. I believe I am getting more pages printed and longer between changing ink cartridges.

It works pretty good and does what it says it will. Disappointed that I told the best buy employee rhat I also needed a printer that scans along with the other features and this 1 does not.

Good for what I need. Bottom piece takes a bit to figure out when loading paper and closing. Otherwise, needed a smaller printer that was top loading and this was perfect.

I bought a different model that randomly stopped working so I exchanged it for a different Cannon printer ( the one I’m reviewing) and will officially never by a Cannon printer for home use ever again. 80 to 90 percent of the time the printer only prints part of the job asked to print. It has to constantly be turned off then back on to reconnect to the internet . It has bad connection and subpar printing quality. The only plus is the very few times it does work it prints at a decent speed given its price point. If i can find the time I will return this and go with a different brand all together.

Great printer for my needs. Just don't like how it goes to sleep.

I bought this for my mom. She prints maybe 10 pages a month. It was on sale. Set up was a 2 hour ordeal. You DO NEED a USB cable to set up wifi. At least I did on our Macs. I connected the cable from the printer to the router. I went through the instructions at least a dozen times. Finally it worked. How? I have no idea. It prints bw text pages very fast. I printed a few 4x6 borderless photos and they were sharp and clear. It you don't need a heavy usage printer, but occasionally print photos, this will work. But the setup was painful
