    Printer is ok. Not great but gets the job done. Message screen is too small to read and is loud when printing. My older Canon printer was smaller but did a better job overall.

    Slowest printer I have ever used. It takes 15 minutes between printing and scanning. If it prints/scans at all. Most of the time I cant even connect to the printer, even when connect via usb. And it constantly gets stuck in the middle of a print job and losses connection. Don’t waste your time.

    This is my second attempt at getting one of these printers that will work correctly. I returned the first printer because the print cartridge would not close due to flimsy plastic assembly on the bottom side. So it would not function due to "print cartridge open" error. I returned it for a new one thinking I got a faulty one. The second printer printed a few pages, but jammed about half the time. Now it keeps giving an error that the print cartridge is empty. It won't print from the print cartridge at all and will only print from the rear, which only holds a few pages. So far it has printed OK with this method with just a few attempts, and the quality is good (text only) but it is extremely slow. I don't print much at all, but I fear it's going to be an adventure every time I need it.

    Works fine, though was complicated to connect/sync to all devices ( iPhone & Droid tablet & computer). IT support was off the charts GREAT with an hour plus time spent to troubleshoot!
