Printer works great and was very affordable! I couldn't be happier with it!

Prints okay, but... support is non-existent. I got an error saying "contact service center" have to have a paid for maintenance contract to even ask a live tech a question. Last Canon product I will ever buy.

Super easy to set up and pair with iPhone. Works great so far-fast printing.

Set up wasn't the easiest as instructions were vague at times. First try started with a paper jam which was a minor obstacle. Other than that, does all the things it needs to with no problems.

Pretty easy to set up, and no problems so far.....

It works great, except that when printing after about a hour I have to turn it on to print, my last cannon would come on automatically when I sent a print job.

I don’t know if this a Canon issue or I got a dud but this is the worst printer I’ve ever experienced. All I wanted was a simple,no frills photo printer and this seemed like it fit the bill and had excellent reviews. This printer goes through ink like nothing I’ve ever seen. Just from the money I’ve spent in toner, I would’ve been better served getting a laser printer. For what it’s worth, I am skilled at using printers & software regularly..but this printer doesn’t recognize any types of changes made from the app, nor the actual printer and seems to have a mind of its own.

This came with no instructions other than "go online" or "scan this code" which took me to a site with poor instructions for set up. The online "manual" does not answer the questions I have. The print quality is poor--the black ink prints dark gray rather than true black and the colors are also faded looking. (ink 260 and 261). Ink refills are very expensive and hard to find (except online at Best Buy where it came within 4 days). It turns off after a period of not printing but I don't know how long, whether 30 minutes or a few hours, I just know that I have to manually turn it on again each time I want to print something. It does not "wake up" on its own when a print command is sent wirelessly from another room. it is noisy. Several times it has failed to print giving a message that "paper is empty" when it is NOT. A few on and off maneuvers eventually get it to recognize the paper again but no rhyme nor reason.

Good printer if you don't print much. It won't let me print from any android device.
