I bought it because my main printer ran out of ink and the ink cartridges for it were completely out of stock, so I needed a backup. This was the cheapest option. I don't like the low quality print job this does. There are definitely better options if you're planning on doing a lot of printing, but this one is good for that rare occasion that you need to print something.
