it was hasrd to connect to my computer and now it says it is offline and we have tried and tried but we cant fix it. I bought the geek squad protection but they would only go so far then they want to charge me again. they said I would have to take it into the store and replace it. because that is all the protection plan covers

For the money, it works well. The print quality isn't that great for photos and it uses a lot of ink. For documents it works well.

Just perfect for my application and infrastructure

When you wirelessly print, you have to power off and resend multiple times. Manual feed of the paper does not work either. Plastic parts are very cheap quality.

Very cheaply made. The paper tray is very flimsy and requires several attempts to push it right so it prints. Printer makes a lot of noise getting ready to print something. Not what I expected from a Canon printer. It's made for a very small amount of printing as the rack only holds about 15-20 pages.

Works well, shuts itself off if not used for a period of time which is good. I am happy with it and it was a good price.

Had to purchase a new printer scanner combo unit . This was a great price and it was not on a sale price . Real easy setup ,everything was in the box except the printer cable . The drivers were alreday in my computer and I was off in less than 10 mins .

Set up info head to be followed up by video. Once that was done worked fine and devices Wi-Fi worked with the printer

Great product for very low price! A little difficult to set up and connect wireless.

Product was very flimsy. The paper jammed twice during installation and it was very difficult to remove. Also, would not connect to my wireless network despite repeated tries. Returned the product. I was very surprised, as I have always been very pleased with Canon printers.

Good printer for the price. I would recommend it to family and friends.

With only online instructions and no actual manual it was a miserable experience getting it set up, but after much trial and error, I managed it on my own without having to call in a tech. It has done what I need it to do, so far, at least. Not as user friendly as my old HP, but it will do and the price was right. Instructions are vague and hard to understand for someone not very tech savvy.

The printer is slow and complicated . the printing material are overprice.

Perfect for my personal needs. I am a senior citizen and it did take patients to understand how this printer operates.

Getting this thing reconnected to wifi after a power outage took over 3 hours and required a phone support tech call. There's no documentation for a DIY fix if this happens. Also, the lack of a display window really makes using the on-printer functions difficult, like entering a wifi password.

omg the manual was a pain. the links from online back to the manual. just not helpful. round and round. make it stop. donated it and got an epson. someone else's cheap problem. learned my lesson to invest in my sanity.

Worked great for the most part just the cartridges were a pain

Seems like a great printer for the price. It does require ink cartridges instead of just ink, but they are very affordable for this model.
