Do not like this model. this printer is extremely slow and it is very loud! i hate the front load only option. only takes a couple of pieces of paper at a time. gets stuck frequently too. I had a back load Cannon prior to this that was great. only it was too old for my new apple desk top computer.

It’s a solid printer and works well. I definitely recommend for y’all to buy it!

Good printer does the job. I didn’t have a little hick up getting it to connect to WiFi, but now that its set up I have 0 problems

Unable to connect printer to wifi or setup registration. Would not print once connected to wifi and would not stay connected to wifi. Spent hours trying to setup with no success.

Works fine at the beginning. I have had it for just over a year. It started not be able to connect to my computer or the canon app on my phone. I have gone through the manual and reset everything but it only prints sometimes.

This printer exists to get jammed. This printer worked great....for about 5 sheets. After that no amount of trouble shooting or messing around with settings or tray size would get this printer to load paper correctly. It jammed itself constantly and would not work. Waste of money and I would not recommend.

Great little printer. Had to download the user guide to figure out how to scan, but works great.

Great printer so far for home use and a great upgrade which now includes double sided printing which helps save paper usage.

I purchased this printer brand new from Best Buy and it will print between 5-10 sheets and then an error message appears. I then have to re-download 3 different drivers in order for the printer to work again. I go through this arduous process about once a week.

Printing speed is a bit slow. Other than that its fine.

It was impossible to connect the printer wirelessly using the online installer. Even with expert help from Canon, full functionality was only possible with a wired connection. It is possible to "back-door" a wireless connection using Windows to control the printer (only), using a generic printer driver. Wired, the printer works well, but I have several computers connected, and the connection is wired only to one.

Even on sale this printer isn’t worth the inexpensive price. Constant defaults require complete shut downs and force the initial set up process to be preformed again. Whether using it direct or through the cannon app it’s at most a 2 out of 10. Buyer Beware

I already had the TS6420 and it died so I was determined to get another one like it using the same ink cartridges. Works well. I use for both personal and work.

Despite the description staring that networking option is both wired and wireless it does NOT have an ethernet port. I only didnt give it a single star because its a nice printer, but utterly useless for my needs.

Nice printer, but screen is very small. Wish the mode print was larger.
