Really good printer only down fall it doesn’t come with a cable to check the laptop to the printer if the wifi gives out

We bought this printer because it was reported to be good for printing photographs. It has met our expectations. This printer is not the one you want for printing big jobs with many sheets of paper because it is an ink hog, and only has a small drawer for paper. But it is a good printer for printing the occasional photo you wish to share with friends or hang on the wall.

So far it has been working good. I had a hard time setting it up yet once it was up and running it has been working good. I don't do a lot of printing , this printer does everything I need. So far the quality in printing has been great, I have not printed any pictures yet.

Printer was easy to set up and use. Being of the baby boom generation, I am 'technologically challenged'. However, I was able to accomplish getting it attached to my computer without assistance from anyone in the younger generation.

I've had a very disappointing experience with this printer. Every time it goes to sleep, it disconnects from the network and doesn’t reconnect automatically. This means I have to constantly restart it just to get it to appear again—which involves unplugging and plugging it back in. Restarting takes at least 5 minutes, making quick prints nearly impossible. Even when it is powered on, the printer often gets stuck on “loading data” and never actually processes the job. I’ve yet to have a single successful print by simply hitting “print” and getting a page without hassle. To make matters worse, it frequently pulls multiple sheets at once, or prints a blank page for no reason. Overall, it's extremely slow, unreliable, and frustrating to use. I would not recommend this printer unless these issues are resolved.

Prints great copies and scans in documents very well.

I purchased this with the intention of using it to print stickers for my cricut, it does the job for sure! I do wish the colors were a bit brighter, but it’s easy to use an easy to set up, and I love that you can scan things with it as well!

The PIXMA is a very nice all in one printer. Very easy to use. The only issue noticed were the instructions for use. A little confusing. I went online to the Canon site and downloaded instructions which were much easier t understand.

THIS IS MY 2ND CANON PRINTER WHICH IS A GREAT PRODUCER OF COPIES THAT I NEED WHEN I NEED THEM. THE CLARITY OF THE PRINT COULD NOT BE BETTER. I GIVE IT A 5 STAR RATING AND I AM SURE OTHERS WOULD ALSO.
