    The screen is too small for me and it is somewhat confusing as it is suppose to fax but does not show on the screen. Paper is loaded in two different locations? I just needed a simple printer with copy and fax abilities. So far the print and copy functions work great.

    Every time I switch networks or there’s a power outage, it becomes a real hassle. The machine often freezes and needs to be reset. I’m not sure if this is a common issue with all printers, but it’s been frustrating.

    Works great and quiet. I like the wireless connection. Haven't been able to get printer cartridges at Best Buy. Other sources are also scarce.

    I was disappointed with my new printer. It is very slow to process the print. It is also hard to read the window that shows messages and errors, etc.
