    I bought the PIXMA TR7020a printer about a month ago and, while it does its job, I wouldn't recommend it. It is quite loud and slow, and I have had several issues with connecting it to my multiple devices. It was a struggle to get it set up, and the feed orientation of the back input is unclear and I forget each time which side is up. The printing quality, while okay, is still not as good as I had hoped. All in all, it's a mediocre product.

    I replaced my previous Canon wireless printer due to its age. This particular model does not maintain a stable internet connection, and I have to spend time trying to reconnect it.

    This Canon printer was a complete disappointment. Right out of the box, the power supply was burnt and the machine wouldn’t even turn on. To make matters worse, the paper tray that’s supposed to catch prints wouldn’t slide back into place. For the price, I expected at least basic functionality, but instead I got frustration. Very poor quality control.

    Worst printer I have ever owned. Don't waste your time!!! Spent 3 hours trying to connect before CS was able to help after 2 hours and then back to the same problem. Connectivity issues with all my apple products.
