Worst Printer Ever!!!

Now my computer does not "see" the printer. WiFi connection doesn't work. I had to buy a cable. Connected cable. Computer still does not "see" the printer. Junk!! You get what you pay for.

Doesn’t work well.

The Bluetooth feature doesn’t work properly. 75% of the time it won’t print when I hit the print button. The printer can’t decide if it wants to use tray paper or the back paper. I bought 2. One for Home, and one for the office and they both do the same thing..

Jams too much

I had a Canon printer before that wasn't wireless that worked perfectly but I wanted to upgrade to a wireless. That part works fine but overall it's a shoddy cheap printer that doesn't work the best.

Super easy setup

This printer was super easy to setup and it works with our phones and laptops.
