I was looking for a highly rated printer that had duplex (2 sided) printing at the lowest cost. This printer fit the bill! Also, it was easy to install and the replacement ink is not too expensive!

This printer was really easy to set up. I am not super technology oriented but I was able to set this up with no help. It is also very easy to use. Exactly what I needed.

Absolutely the worst printer experience I have ever had. Not only is this printer not intended for release in the U.S. (a fact I discovered only after purchasing and attempting to install the printer in my home when I tried to contact Canon for more information and support for the machine) the Canon online user manual for this machine does not respond after multiple attempts to open it. The documentation that came with the machine almost wasn't sufficient to complete installation, let alone address operation. Since it is too late for me to return this item (it sat lonely and unused for about a full month, and only today did I realize the extent to which I have been misused by both companies), I am stuck with a useless machine that is not worth the plastic of which it is made and will have to find another printer/scanner for my home use. I find it completely inexcusable that Best Buy would sell this item to a purchaser in the U.S in full knowledge that Canon would not provide support or information for this item. Henceforth I will avoid any further interaction with Best Buy and will turn to more honorable companies to do business with.

Printer works great and pretty easy to set up for wireless printing. The pribter does not come with a wire for wired printing so make sure ti purchase that if you need it.

Good printer for this price only the problem is when you send document from cellphone to printer takes about minut to process the picture.I purchased extra set of ink for $45 in case new model show up and they discontinued this one . *****

I bought this printer specifically for printing on card stock and photo paper, but it would not print on the card stock I had. Upon reading the specifications, I discovered the weight of paper the printer would handle was definitely not the usual card stock weight. Also the screen for controlling the printer was small and not up to current tech standards. It was a fairly inexpensive printer so you really get what you pay for. If you want an affordable printer that only prints on regular paper, then it would be worth the cost. I returned the printer for a refund.

Great price for a printer. I replaced an older version after 3 years. This one is faster for sure and I hope it lasts me just as long.

Works very well and easy setup. This replaced older Canon no longer supported. Unlike past model, this has a pull out tray to catch printed pape, which I don’t love. But great printer for price.

I got this printer on sale during the holidays and it works for what i need. My only issue is if youre printing multiple copies, it’s extremely slow, close to 1 min per page. Good if you can get it on a deep discount but outside of that, stay away.

Great product just what we needed for our business

Small but efficient printer. Response time is just a bit slow but the print quality is nice. I haven't printed photos yet so I don't know how the quality is for that. The controls are easy to learn and the paper tray is easy to use.

It's a great printer, I'm really happy with it. Much smaller than my printer from a decade ago, and I like that there isn't a paper feeder tray on top that has to stay open.
